How it works

From a one-minute request to a finished shade structure.

  1. You send a request

Pick the structure, the rough size and your city, and leave a name and number.

  2. An installer visits and measures

They look at the space, sun and wind exposure, and check permit and HOA requirements for your address.

  3. You get a written quote

Itemized, with what’s included and what’s extra. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

  4. Installation

Installation is done by a licensed Arizona contractor. Timing depends on permits, HOA review and product lead times.

Permits and HOA approval

Most Valley cities let a small detached structure with no wiring skip the building permit; anything attached, larger or wired needs one, and HOA review is separate. Each city page summarizes the local rules, and the installer confirms them for your address.
