How referrals work

Phoenix Louvered Pergolas is an independent referral service, not a contractor. Installation is performed by licensed Arizona contractors, who may pay us for referrals.

When you send a request or call the number on this site, your request goes to a licensed installer who serves your area, and calls are routed to that installer. The installer, not Phoenix Louvered Pergolas, quotes and performs the work, and any contract is between you and the installer. Installation is done by a licensed Arizona contractor.

Calls to the number on this site are recorded, starting with a short notice, so requests can be followed up and service checked. Recordings and voicemails are deleted after 90 days.

What we collect

Your name and phone number, your email and street address if you give them, the project details you choose to share (project type, size, city, budget, timeline, HOA), the page you sent the request from, and the site or campaign that brought you here.

Follow-up and confirming completed work

About 30 days after a request with an email address, we send one short email asking whether the project went ahead; you can answer in one click or unsubscribe. To confirm which projects were completed, we may also compare the address you gave with public building permit records.

Who we share it with

The installer who receives your request, so they can contact you about this project; sharing your request with them is how the service works, and they may pay us for it. We also use service providers to run this site and deliver requests. These are Cloudflare (hosting and lead storage), Twilio (call routing and recording), Zapier and Google (lead emails), and Google Analytics (site analytics).
